BLACK BEAN SOFT TACOS: Saute 1 diced onion in 2T olive oil until soft. Stir in 1t minced garlic and 1t chili powder. Add 1 15 oz. can no-salt black beans with liquid. Simmer 5 minutes. Spoon into 10 warm corn tortillas. Top with guacamole, shredded cabbage and fresh lime juice.
